They are looking for a skilled, competent and resourceful individual to join their dynamic and professional team.

The successful individual would need to have the proven experience and competence to manage the whole product lifecycle from initial ideas through to launch and continuous improvement.

You will need to:

- provide the technical design, engineering drawings, package design and assembly instruction;
- manage the product launching schedule, internal and external resources to achieve the agreed deadline.
- visit the suppliers in the UK and Far East to sign off prototypes, production or problem solving;
- generate specific product support information, catalogues and materials, to equip the sales and marketing team
- manage the new product development plan

The successful candidate should:

- have a minimum of 3 years' experience in the furniture industry, ideally with client sectors responsible for office, public and retail interior spaces.
- proved experience of managing NPD and launch schedules
- skilled fluency with SolidWorks & Adobe Creative Suite
- hold a degree qualification in Furniture / Product design
- be passionate about design, engineering and project management,
- have a thorough understanding of materials, production process and industrial standards,
- be commercially focused yet flexible and with a practical hands-on approach.
- be an articulate and confident communicator (both verbally and via hand drawn sketches) and have good listening skills
- be able to manage their work load to achieve deadlines
- Hold a full driving licence
