Trainee Sales Executive

We have a new exciting opportunity. At the Tungate Group we are currently looking for a Trainee Sales Executive to join our busy team based in Cheadle, Staffordshire. The successful candidate will join us on a full time, permanent basis and will receive an attractive salary package including a car, expenses and commission also 26 days holiday + Bank Holidays.

Tungate Group are an acknowledged market leader in the supply of  printed flexible packaging and labelling products to Blue Chip and niche brands within the UK and Europe. From our UK base in Cheadle, Staffordshire we produce food packaging, sachets,  shrink sleeves, self-adhesive labels, airline bag tags, tickets and much more.

About the Trainee Sales Executive role

The Tungate Group are offering an opportunity for an enthusiastic Trainee Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team supporting the UK's most diverse print supply company.

The ideal candidate will have some basic sales knowledge, excellent communication skills, adept at listening and a keen interest in developing into a successful Sales Professional.

The successful candidate will receive training, mentoring and the assistance of an internal technical sales support team.

What we are looking for in our Trainee Sales Executive

- Computer Literate, consideration will be given to applicants who can demonstrate proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.

- Enthusiastic and willing to learn and work within a team environment

- Innovative and lateral thinking, understanding product specification and potential applications.

- Assimilate new technology.

- Have a sound commercial awareness.

- Self-motivated, high achieving 

- Ability to establish rapport with customers and develop new relationships

- Clean Driving licence
