A world class, market leader in the manufacture of automatic combustion equipment is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to join its rapidly expanding firm, which exports to over 40 countries worldwide and serves a broad range of blue chip customers. Based in Rochdale, Greater Manchester, the successful Electrical Design Engineer will work full time, earning £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependant on experience.

As an Electrical Design Engineer you will work with your team in order to develop new products to the company’s high standards. In addition, the successful Electrical Design Engineer’s core duties will include:
  • Evaluating customer requirements and developing into solutions
  • Interface to manufacturing departments
  • Control panel design
  • PLC programming
  • Interfacing with customers and suppliers
The ideal Electrical Design Engineer will have demonstrable experience in a similar role with proven success. In addition you will also possess the following:
  • Experience in Autocad Electrical will be advantageous
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to overcome problems as they arise
  • Passionate about your work
  • Experience with automatic combustion equipment would be advantageous
