Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
Alnwick Castle is a well known venue for weddings, corporate functions and events. Also offering a wide variety of onsite catering options for the many visitors to the Castle. The successful candidate will be required to operate across the business, taking on a wide range of organisational and management responsibilities in the Food and Beverage Department. Previous experience in the catering industry, including management and customer service skills essential.
