Tutor

Our client is one of the leading providers of Apprenticeship and Employability Programmes in Wales. Due to continuing expansion and increased demand from employers, they are currently recruiting for the following positions in Powys and Ceredigion.

2 x Employability Skills Tutors:

To cover:

• Powys: Welshpool / Newtown / Llandrindod Wells / Brecon / Ystradgynlais areas.
• Ceredigion: Aberystwyth / Lampeter / Cardigan areas.

Hours: 37 Hours per Week

Salary up to £20,400 per Annum depending on knowledge skills and experience plus company pension scheme benefit.

• Previous experience in delivering Literacy, Numeracy and ICT up to Level 2 is essential.
• Basic Skills Level 3 Practitioner qualified or equivalent teaching qualification is desirable, as is the ability to communicate in Welsh.
• Good communication, organisational and IT skills are a pre-requisite for this job role.
• A current full valid driving licence and own transport is essential for this position.

1 x Training Officer:

• To assess candidates in Food Manufacture.
• To cover Mid Wales / Powys area.

Hours: 37 Hours per Week

Salary up to £20,400 per Annum depending on knowledge skills and experience plus company pension scheme benefit.

• Previous occupational experience in food manufacture is essential.
• A1 Assessor Award is desirable as is the ability to communicate in Welsh.
• Good communication, organisational and IT skills are a pre-requisite for this job role.
• A current full valid driving licence and own transport is essential for this position.
