Telemarketing Executive, Sales Executive,

Our client is a first class telemarketing business with a proven track-record of success. As the current holder of B2B Marketings' Top B2B Telemarketing Agency award, they know that their team is crucial to their No. 1 position - which is why they've also been in the Times' '100 Best Companies to Work For' listing since 2009 and last year won the 'Best Staff Development Programme' at the National Learning Awards.

Due to our exceptional growth, they are actively seeking outstanding individuals to support their clients in promoting their businesses in a number of Business to Business (B2B) telemarketing marketing campaigns.

The Role:
Reporting to your team manager you will work on several campaigns each week, driving client and your own success by:

Calling business leads (Outbound B2B) to outline their clients' services and arrange appointments for the clients' own sales team to attend (Telemarketing/ Lead generation).
Sending follow up emails to prospective customers to drive the sales process.
Updating and managing the company database to ensure we keep track of all leads generated.
Liaison with the client on how campaigns are progressing and working with them to deliver real results.
Attending client briefings to fully understand their marketing campaigns, strategies and our service level agreements.
Attending weekly meetings to discuss your personal development, performance against targets and future goals.
Attendance at our award winning business school to enhance your skills and performance.

The Successful Candidate:

The ideal candidate will be:

Professional and business focused, with exceptional telephone communication skills.
Persuasive and empathetic.
Target driven and tenacious, with a will to succeed.
Excellent at understanding and overcoming client concerns.
Team focussed with a positive attitude.
Sales experience within a B2B (Business-to-Business) or B2C (Business-to-Consumer) environment is advantageous but is not essential.
