Job description and duties performed:
* The company has sites throughout the UK, and have acquired medium to large finance companies across the UK, and Europe. Due to growth, and with a strong business plan to continue their growth have created new opportunities within the Change, IT and Governance team.
* As the Process Manager you will be responsible for managing the deployment of processes within regulatory client activities.
Main skills and background required:
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, internal and external
* Experience within; FS / Credit / Billing
* Proven experience in a Process Manager role
* Experienced in managing processes within an operational background
* Knowledge / Experience working with Data Governance
