Our established and reputable client in the Thirsk area are looking for a Payroll/HR Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be experienced in weekly payroll and have strong administrative skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the accurate and timely processing of weekly payroll
  • Ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time
  • Processing starters and leavers
  • Dealing with pay queries
  • Processing sick pay and holiday pay
  • Processing expenses
  • Providing administrative support to the HR function
  • Creating HR files
  • Processing starters and leavers
  • Conducting inductions

Skills/experience:

  • Experience of creating weekly payroll runs
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and work ethic
  • Methodical and logical thinker
  • Self-motivated

Salary: £18,000-22,000
