The Company:

Main duties:
To be responsible for the management of existing and the development of new accounts in Sweden

The Role:
- To develop and maintain a strong relationship with new and existing clients
- To inform and consult new clients about working with the company (warm leads)
- To identify new business leads and to convert prospects into sales
- To develop sales strategies to improve market share in active sales areas
- To contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- To plan and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- To work on sales and business development targets
- To develop sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
- To manage order processing activities
- To deal with customer enquiries
- To document accounts and sales data in order to produce sales strategies
- To work closely with other departments in the company (After- Sales, Logistics)

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English and Swedish (Written and spoken) is essential
- Degree educated
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Creative talents and the ability to solve problems effectively
- Target-driven and sales orientated
- Proactive, positive and reliable
- Outgoing personality (International Company)
- IT literate (Microsoft package)
