Military Aircraft Training Specialist - Aerospace
A Training Specialist with Military Aircraft experience is required to work on a twelve month contract (with the possibility of extension) for our Defence client based in Lancashire.
This is a 12 month contract with a leading defence company
A dynamic, experienced Military Aircraft (Jets) technical instructor required to develop courseware and deliver a training programme.
- Aircraft Safety
- Fundamentals of electricity
- Use simplified wiring diagrams
- Clean jet engines and parts
- Engine Tracking
- Preparation of engines for shipping and storage
- Identify corrosion
- Construction and operating principles of a jet engine
- Purpose and operating of:
- Secondary Power System
- Ignition System
- Engine Oil System
- Engine Fuel System
- Thrust and Nozzle Actuation System
- Compressor Airflow Control
- Anti-Icing System
- EGT Indicating
- Fire Warning
- Air Systems
- Repair and Maintenance of SPS and Jet Engines
- Remove and Install SPS, Jet Engine and Components
- Test, adjust and run SPS, Jet EnginesDefence Instructional Techniques Course
- Qualification in training delivery (Min QCF Level 3 equivalent)
The role is based in Lancashire - commutable from Preston, Blackpool, Chorley, Leyland, Blackburn, Darwen, Burnley, Skipton, Stockport, Manchester, Warrington, Wigan, Bolton, Bury, Rochdale and Oldham with excellent access from Liverpool, Lancaster and Leeds
