Job Description

You will be providing administrative services to the commercial team by providing day to day support of their needs.

Duties will include general administrative assistance to the sales department exclusively. You may be required to support our sales teams based at other Hain Daniels Sites.

Strong computer and organization skills are required

This role will involve communication with both internal and external customers.

Key Accountabilities:

Data Collation

Generate and processing weekly reports utilising retailer information portals.

Generate ad-hoc reports as and when required by commercial team.

(Full training will be provided on these systems)

External  Customer  Administration  Support

Completion of relevant customer request data including forms and Performa’s. 

Input price changes and promotions on to the system..

Provide customers with supply shortage information and work with supply chain on resolutions.

Internal Administration Support

Maintenance of customer information, price files, promotional plans.

Completion of trackers for the commercial team.

Provide administration support to sales controller / NAMS.

Internal Liaison

Be the key liaison between sales and other functions in the commercial teams absence.  These will include Marketing, NPD, Operations, Finance and Technical functions.

Capabilities:

Strong inter-personal skills & organisational skills

Self motivated

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point

Commercial acumen
