Position: Compliance Advisory Manager - General Insurance
Location: London
Salary: £40000 - £55000 per annum

Our company client is a fast growing General Insurance business based in London. Due to significant internal and external growth, they are currently seeking to add a Compliance Advisory Manager to their talented team. This role offers considerable exposure to the wider Group and ensure independent Compliance Advice and Guidance whilst providing significant 2nd line challenge and push back to senior management.
Major duties will cover as follows:
* Manage the delivery of Compliance advice and guidance on new projects, propositions and products ensuring that fair customer outcomes is adhered to at all times
* Support in the design and implementation of the Risk & Compliance framework that has a proactive and practical approach to regulatory risk mitigation. This includes horizon scanning and regulatory reporting
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with Group functions and the CRO teams. This will be achieved by providing efficient conduct feedback on the effectiveness of the Conduct appetite.
Job requirements:
* To be considered for this role you will need General Insurance experience
* Ability to influence at a senior level.
