Do you want to produce the best plastic fantasy miniatures in the world in a fast paced production environment?

We're looking for someone that is passionate about plastic injection moulding to the very highest quality. Your resourceful and industrious nature drives you to solve problems using all the resources available to you, whilst purposefully getting on with your work no matter what. You work brilliantly in a collaborative environment, actively engaging with others so you know exactly what needs to be done. You'll need to be responsive to ensure you're in the right place at the right time.

You'll work as part of the Injection Moulding team, taking responsibility for efficiently delivering plastic miniatures and components to the agreed plan. You will actively engage with continuous improvement sessions, contributing suggestions and making them happen to add value. Doing all of this in a safe environment is essential - ensuring that all best practice and Health and Safety policies are adhered to is your responsibility.

We know that the the relentless quest for perfection in a mass production environment can be difficult, but this is one challenge you'll excel at.
