£23,166 to £24,717 per annum

We currently have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our fast paced Nottingham on Call service area, to support us with the installation and management of Assistive Technology equipment. This position will require the role holder to not only work alongside NCH colleagues, but to also work in partnership with Nottingham City Council Adult Social Care and Nottingham City CCG.
Duties will include visiting assistive technology service users,
to advise, install, programme, test and maintain a range of Telecare and Telehealth equipment including the removal of equipment that is no longer required - this is a vital role within our Assistive Technology department and plays a key part in making sure that we offer our older and vulnerable the best care with the most appropriate technology to make their day-to-day lives as safe and comfortable as possible.
You will use your good interpersonal and communication skills when visiting tenants and telecare service users in their homes ensuring high standards of customer service and will have experience of dealing with distressing situations whilst maintaining a calm, sensitive and diplomatic approach.
You must hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle at all times and have an understanding of health and safety when working in customer's homes.
