Can you help our tenants and residents to find work?
Many of our tenants face difficulty finding employment, and we have ambitions to help them overcome the barriers. To achieve that we need your innovative ideas, enthusiasm and, networking talent. You'll quickly forge relationships with colleagues, communities, Councillors, and local organisations to lead on projects to reduce unemployment with our tenants and residents.
You'll have your fingers in a lot of pies, leading on schemes across the city - keeping them on track, securing great results and reporting on outcomes. You have an eye to the future keeping abreast of drivers for change, while seeking out and winning new sources of funding for traineeship, apprenticeships and other projects.
You'll definitely be a people person, and your communication skills across the community will be strong. You'll be familiar with local and national employment and skills challenges along with the objectives, priorities and strategies needed to intervene and succeed.
