37 hours per week based at City Wide locations

Customer satisfaction is paramount to us, and this role will have a strategic and operational interaction with tenants, and other key stakeholders.  You will have the skills to deliver various projects that will have significant impacts and improvements across our estates, strong legislation knowledge relating to housing, have the ability to manage and lead a team and work collaboratively with a diverse community with the ability to work collaboratively and communicate at all levels.
