ABOUT THE BENEFITS Annual profit share/management bonus Staff Reward Scheme Free use of leisure facilities Discounted Center Parcs breaks 20% discount in restaurant and retail outlets ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Leisure Facilities Assistant to work in our busy Sports Department, where you'll assist in the day to day operation of the Sports Plaza and Leisure Bowl. Working as part of a large Leisure team your main responsibilities will be; booking activities for our guests, hiring out sports equipment and the operation of the bowling lanes. The ideal candidate will be outgoing and enthusiastic, have excellent communication skills and be committed to delivering excellent customer service. HOURS OF WORK You will be contracted to work 90 hours per 4 week period on a flexible basis. This means that your hours and days of work could vary each week, and will include evenings, weekends and some public / bank holidays on a rota basis. Shifts are 8 hours long, between the hours of 7am and midnight. ABOUT YOU Essential requirements: Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with both adults and children Excellent customer care skills Desirable requirements: Previous experience working in a guest facing environment Closing date: 20 October 2016 Interview will be held on 27 October 2016 Please note this vacancy may close early if sufficient applications have been received.
