Junior Sous Chef Newbury Berkshire upto 25K plus Tips
Junior Sous Chef required for this superb hotel and award winning restaurant pushing for 4 Rosettes and a Michelin Star
As Junior Sous Chef you will be working alongside the Head Chef and the Senior Sous Chef who both have a strong Michelin background
The Head Chef is looking for a Junior Sous Chef with previous experience of working in busy, all fresh kitchens, somebody who is a good communicator and can keep a cool head during service. A strong Chef De Partie would be considered if you have Michelin experience
This is a Live out position so applicants will need to live in the Newbury, Reading, Basingstoke or possibly Swindon area with their own transport if required
Benefits
Basic salary of upto GBP25,000 (depending upon experience)
Meals on duty, Free Parking etc
