Demi Chef de Partie 2 Rosettes Christchurch Dorset 18k plus Live in
My Client is looking to recruit a Demi Chef de Partie to work in their Award winning Hotel/restaurant. They are looking for a team player who can work well under pressure.
The brigade consists of 10 chefs who are all very passionate about producing their Award winning menu's under the guidance of a talented Head Chef.
If you have experience in working in a 2AA rosette hotel/restaurant, you are able to work well under pressure, feel confident about playing an integral part of menu planning, can motivate others and are keen to learn, whilst still producing Award winning food, this is the job for you.

Chef Selection deal with a wide range of group owned and independent Hotels, Restaurants and Dining Pubs from 3 black Star to 5 Red Star. These include Multi Rosette and Michelin Properties, as well as many companies who just wish to serve good quality, freshly cooked, locally sourced and reasonably priced food without accolades.
