ABOUT US Our Housekeeping department is responsible for achieving and maintaining the highest possible standards of cleanliness across all guest accommodation and guest/colleague facilities. Good verbal and written communication skills will be required, along with an organised and methodical approach to work. You will undertake regular cleaning duties, whilst also assisting with the supervision of a team. Responsibilities will include: Assisting with training and development requirements for the team Supporting with sickness and absence management Ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained by completing audits Taking charge of the team in the absence of the Housekeeping Supervisor HOURS OF WORK You will be contracted to work 88 hours per 4 week period on a flexible basis. Your hours of work will be between 5.15am and 9.45am, including weekends. You will also be expected to work a minimum of 50% of public / bank holidays. ABOUT YOU Essential requirements: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills An organised and methodical approach to work Previous supervisory experience Desirable requirements: Previous experience within the cleaning industry Closing date: 25 October 2016 Interviews will be held week commencing 31 October 2016
