ABOUT US Our Retail department play a key role in ensuring our guests stay is as enjoyable as possible and to assist us in that aim, we now seek motivated individuals to join our team. Our retail outlets include the Parc Market, which stocks over 2,500 lines and is where guests buy their daily groceries; Refresh, where snacks and drinks can be bought; Treats, for those with a sweet tooth and our Nature Centre Shop, which caters for gifts and wildlife products. You should display a positive image in both appearance and gesture, be able to listen to our guests and take ownership of queries or issues. Based in our back of house warehouse your duties will include; loading and unloading deliveries, stock control of retail goods and ensuring all requisitions are fully picked and delivered to each outlet as required, so this is a physically demanding role. You will be expected to maintain the cleanliness of the Warehouse areas, you will be responsible for stock rotation of all incoming goods, alongside reporting any stock wastage, damages or shortages on a daily basis. Applicants should be comfortable working independently or as part of a team. You will also be required to drive company vehicles to deliver stock across the 365 acre site, so you should be a confident driver. HOURS OF WORK You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4 week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each 4 week period. You will be working on a rota basis, however the nature of the role means that most shifts will have an early start, from 6am onwards. ABOUT YOU Essential requirements: You must have held a full driving licence with no endorsements for a minimum of 6 months. Desirable requirements: Previous warehouse experience would be a benefit, but not essential as full training will be provided Basic Food Hygiene qualification Closing date: 25 October 2016 at 12 Noon
