Sous Chef - Universal Foods - Salary GBP29k - 48 hours per week
We are looking for a talented and established Sous Chef to join the ranks of this Modern Establishment in Islington.
As an integral part of the brigade, the Sous Chef will have a good understanding of all Health and safety legislation, experience in high volume establishments producing fresh, buffet foods of various types depending on the clients requirements.
The Sous Chef will benefit from;
