Juice Hospitality are looking for a Night Porter for a 4 Star Hotel in the Cotswolds. This is a busy role and your duties will include generally ensuring the smooth running of front of house services and making the touches that make this hotel 5* happen.
These would include welcoming guests, parking vehicles and supervising the efficient and safe transfer of luggage, ensuring departing guests car wind screens are washed and making sure that no guests are left waiting for an excessive amount of time. There are a lot of intricate touches that make guests happy and you will be responsible for them, further duties might include keeping public areas tidy, acting as a concierge helping guests with the best routes, stepping in to help reception when needed and generally being aware of the high standards of service required.
It is essential for this position that candidates have a full UK licence, this is because you may have to drive guest vehicles. You should also be of smart appearance and welcoming nature. You will also need transport to reach this hotel as it is not on public transport routes. The position is 40 hours a week; 5 days out of 7 including weekends.
