I have a fantastic opportunity for a General Manager in a Unique Leisure and Hospitality Venue in Portsmouth. As General Manager, you will take the lead in the on-going commercial success of the venue. You must be able to demonstrate a results-orientated, guest-focused management style within Leisure or Hospitality sector, and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and partners. With a proven track record of delivering outstanding guest service and innovative product development, you will also demonstrate a sound understanding of business and financial procedures, along with effective management of teams and resources. This role demands a creative, strategic thinker with a passion to deliver. To be considered for the General Manager post you will have at least 2 years senior management experience within the Hospitality or Leisure industry and have exposure to managing product, sales and operations departments ideally within a high volume environment. You will be the type of manager who enjoys leading from the front and engaging with people, inclusive and supportive in your approach to managing team members and have the personality to instil a fun and vibrant environment for your team and members.
