Sushi Demi Chef De Partie- Gilgamesh, Camden
Gilgamesh is an internationally famous Pan-Asian restaurant in the heart of Camden Stables Market, offering a unique Eastern gastronomic experience influenced by the cuisine of South East Asia, China and Japan. The menu offers dishes such as master crafted sushi, sashimi, tempura, curry dishes, grilled steaks, and noodles.
We are currently hiring for the full time position of Demi Chef de Partie for the sushi section at Gilgamesh
Job Requirements:
Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
Ability to work under pressure in a high capacity environment
Good use of English with the ability to communicate confidently
Committed to personal development and a passion for working with people
Previous experience at this level, ideally experience with Asian cuisine
A passion for creating sushi and pushing culinary boundaries
Understanding of Health and Safety and Food Hygiene
Ability to deliver consistently high quality food
