Our Client is looking to recruit a Demi Chef de Partie to work in this Deluxe Country House Hotel and multi Award Winning Restaurant.
The New Head Chef is looking for a team player who can work well under pressure. The brigade consists of 10 Chefs who are all very passionate about producing their awarding winning menus.
This Demi Chef de Partie role would suit a Commis Chef with similar country house hotel experience looking for his or her next career move in a three rosette country house hotel. It would also suit a strong Demi Chef de Partie coming from a high standard gastro restaurant looking to go into a Fine Dining Country House Hotel.
