Junior Sous Chef Stow on the Wold Gloucestershire upto 21K Plus Tips and Live In
Our client is looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to complete the team at their superb country Inn and award winning Restaurant.
The Head Chef is looking for a Junior Sous Chef who has the ability to cook to rosette standards consistently and who is keen to assist with on-going menu development.
As Junior Sous Chef you will need the ability to run any section if required and have the confidence to run the kitchen on occasions.
As Junior Sous Chef you will be partially responsible for ensuring that all daily tasks are allocated out to the juniors ensuring that all daily prep is completed and the kitchen is clean organised and ready for service
There is Live In available if required alternatively candidates will need to live in the Stow on the Wold, Moreton in Marsh, Chipping Norton or Bourton on the Water area with their own transport.
Benefits
Salary of GBP19,000 - GBP21,000 (depending upon experience)

These include Multi Rosette and Michelin Properties, as well as many companies who just wish to serve good quality, freshly cooked, locally sourced and reasonably priced food without accolades.
