To provide an exceptional standard of customer service, whilst carrying out Dermalogica, Thalgo, Jessica, and Fake Bake professional treatments. All therapists are expected to ensure that all clients, comfort, satisfaction and well-being is catered for in a friendly, helpful and personalised manner at all times. You will be selling to and advising customers on treatments and your natural rapport with people will ensure a positive customer experience to maximise occupancy and the meeting of your treatment sales targets
The Role
Provide a warm, efficient and professional service to the clientele
Perform all beauty treatments to the specified requirement, as requested by the product house
Promote treatment and product sales
Work to the specified budget to enhance performance
Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene in the Spa as requested by the Spa Manager
Promote the facilities and services the department offer to raise The Lensbury profile
Ensure health & safety procedures are maintained to provide safe working practices
The Candidate
Recognised qualification i.e HND, City & Guilds, Cidesco, ITEC, BABTAC or NVQ level 3
Enthusiastic, organised with a methodical approach to work
Maximise sales through service by demonstrating good product knowledge
Excellent customer service skills and professionalism
Experience in a similar role essential
Comply with all legal requirements and carry out client contra-indication consultations
Willing to participate and develop skills through a training programme
Well groomed and presentable and adhere to the highest level of hygiene at all times
Computer knowledge an advantage
Active team role to organise and promote special offers and events
Terms & Conditions
Full-time - 39 hours per week worked on a 5 over 7 shift basis including evenings and weekends
Competitive Salary
Additional training will be provided to gain the necessary expertise helping you to achieve your successful career with us
Uniform provided
Free meals whilst on duty
Use of some leisure facilities to include swimming, gym etc.
