Seasonal Soccer Coach
ATSC are a high quality soccer training organization based in North Eastern USA, with clients in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and North Carolina. The ATSC mission is to keep pushing the boundaries in developing the next generation of youth soccer players. This is done through team training and development centers, therefore looking to recruit high quality staff to provide teams and clubs with an outstanding soccer experience.
As well as an unrivaled compensation package, ATSC provides working visas, transport, housing, and contribution towards flights to the USA at the end of contract terms. Twice a week Professional Development sessions are delivered by ATSC Directors who's qualifications include UEFA Pro License and UEFA A License. This internal coach education program is designed to educate coaches on the ATSC philosophies and improve the knowledge and resources our coaches are exposed to.
East coast USA is a great place to reside - a diverse area with many attractions including: New York City, Philadelphia, Beaches, Theme Parks, Shopping Outlets, Ski Resorts and more..
ATSC is looking for???
Qualified, Experienced and committed soccer coaches looking to develop a career within soccer coaching. This is not a paid vacation or seasonal organization. ATSC looks for continuity with our coaches and therefore applicants should be considering coaching in the US long term.
9-Month Contract (Mid March - Mid November).
Requirements
Minimum English FA Level 2, USSF C License or NSCAA National Diploma
Minimum 2 years experience coaching children between 4 & 18 years of age
Motivated to develop youth players of varying ages and abilities
Keen to work hard
Computer Literacy
Preferences
Coaching experience within the US
Experience in program leadership
Administrative expertise
Marketing experience
Full Drivers License
