Various part time contracted and casual hours available

Hours of work will be on a rota basis for all posts working between 07:45 - 20:15 Monday to Friday and 07:45 - 17:15 Saturday and Sunday. Most shifts available are late afternoon /evening and weekends

Scale 4 GBP9.25 - GBP10.32 per hour

Based within our busy Contact Centre you will join a team who deliver an excellent service to our customers over the phone, via e-mail and social media by providing up to date information on any of our sites or products. This role is an exciting opportunity for the right individuals to come on board and support the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Our customers are central to everything we do and as part of our Contact Centre Team; you will be expected to ensure that our customers receive the right information, first time, every time.

To be successful in this role you will need at least two years' experience in a Call Centre or in an exceptionally busy reception environment, a natural positive and enthusiastic outlook and have a passion for top quality customer service. In addition, you will be able to contribute innovative ideas on how we can ensure that our customers receive an outstanding service.
