Job PurposeTo provide proactive admin and systems support to the restaurant and operational teams and their units. The job-holder will also be expected to provide support, if required, to the Area Team.Knowledge, Skills & ExperienceThe candidate should have high levels of organisational ability, initiative, self-motivation and accuracy. Should be able to work independently, providing a proactive and focused approach to ensure that all delegated Operational activities are followed through to completion.Must be computer literate and have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and intermediate to advance level of Microsoft Excel.
ChallengeThe role is heavily administrative but is also diverse and challenging. Supporting a restaurant reporting to an Area Manager, it requires the ability to handle multiple tasks, communicate frequently with necessary parties and assist in the admin function to drive the business forward. You will constantly need to re-prioritise key activities and to effectively manage deadlines and longer term initiatives. An ongoing task list will change daily conflicted by unpredictable employee and business issues that arise and require prompt attention and resolution.
