The menu changes on a regular basis using seasonal produce served from an open planned kitchenThey are now looking for an experienced and talented "foodie" General Manager who has worked in quality recognised restaurants and Gastro Scene and who has the knowledge of seasons, menu writing, stock control, recruitment, training, development of the team, marketing, building business and profit and loss accountability.As General Manager you will be passionate about food, be flexible with hours, have a strong work ethic and want to make a difference to yourself, the team and the company, the property has over 25 very smart letting bedrooms and conference suites for 60 people for weddings and events.
