45 Jermyn St., a new destination restaurant in the heart of St. James's is seeking a dedicated, talented, charismatic and highly experienced Sous Chef. Feel this could be the role for you?

Open seven days a week, the exquisite dining experience will have all the hallmarks of a great restaurant where the ambience will be one of understated sophistication, the food outstanding and the service impeccable.

We are looking for exceptional Sous Chef to join this exciting team. You will have a real flair and passion for delivering high quality dishes. Working closely with the Head Chef this role will see the chosen candidate leading a small team to produce the best quality food, using only the finest ingredients, responsibility for stock ordering, rotation and other administrative tasks. Just like us, you will exhibit our passion for luxury food and exquisite wines.

The ideal candidate will be confident and precise, proactive, and adaptable to a fast paced environment. Previous experience in a high end establishment would be highly advantageous.
The successful candidate will ideally have spent over two years in a similar establishment, have at their food & Safety certificate up-to-date, be extremely passionate about luxury food products and have the drive to succeed in a sometimes demanding environment.
