About the client Our company has produced an on-demand staffing app which connects hospitality staff with hospitality venues. We are the leaders in this sector and are in a profitable early-stage where we have raised nearly GBP2,000.000 in just 10 months from 25 serious investors. Our online platform allows our vetted and trained members to find nearby shift work and offers flexibility to pick and choose when work. Our members are reviewed by their employers after every shift, encouraging them to work to the best of their ability, but likewise, employers are rated by our members to encourage them to treat them with the upmost respect. We've raised wages for thousands of London's lowest earners, and have phenomenal traction with venues - over 60 of London's largest establishments, as well as 10 of Manchester's, are now using our technology to find short-term staff. We are a team of seasoned serial entrepreneurs and hospitality operators and have backing from experienced advisors & investors including UBER, HASSLE, HELLO FRESH, JUST EAT, UK VOUCHER CODES & more. Job Description Primarily the successful candidates will be developing new business within the hospitality sector for us - such as hotels, events venues, event caterers, contract caterers & restaurant chains. You will help drive the app to continue in leading the technology recruitment concept in the UK by networking within circles of clients. Your time will be split between face to face meetings with prospective clients, office based work and interacting with clients via calling and emailing. The Ideal Candidate * You should be passionate about hospitality and an individual who is looking to broaden their horizons by utilising your industry knowledge in a new exciting, fast growing company. * You should be highly motivated, determined and driven by success of achieving targets. * You will have the experience of having worked in a luxury hotel environment, not necessarily in sales but have the ability to sell our product to a top end hotel brand/operation * You should thrive on networking and confident in creating and closing new leads through phone calls * and meetings. Ideally, you will have some temporary recruitment or sales experience but not essential. * You should be a well presented and spoken individual, with great Interpersonal and written communication skills, who is entrepreneurial and will consistently deliver on your own goals. * Highly motivated and determined individual who understands hospitality very well and is looking to broaden their horizons by utilising their industry knowledge in a new exciting, fast growing company. * Sales or recruitment experience is ideal but not essential. * Ideal person needs to be a bit more of an all-rounder who can Account Manage and be a good self-starter. More specific requirements * Great Interpersonal skills with excellent English language * Track record in hospitality operations * Well organised * Competitive * Follow-through on commitments * Enthusiastic and charismatic * Strong work Ethic * Persuasion * Natural Leader * Well-presented Outcomes * Close 3 deals per month by bringing on 3 new clients who post with us by managing their sales pipeline - managing a 3 month sales funnel * Target larger, sophisticated clients - such as hotels, venues, contract caterers, events caterers, restaurant/retail chains - who post on average 2000 hours per new venue in their first 3 months * Ensure smooth transition from sale to account manager by feeding liaising with operations to ensure 'customer delight' in first 3 months - embedding and growing within that client account * Be responsible for the company hitting series A funding at the beginning of next year through creating strong growth (30% m-o-m)
