We have a fantastic opportunity to join us in the heart of the city as a Sales Manager.
As part of the club management team the role is accountable for identifying and driving opportunities to increase the volume of new members to the unit. The role holder will also be responsible for selling the 'Experience' and requires someone who has the ability to deal pro-actively with all aspects of the Sales function.
The successful applicant will be customer obsessed in providing the highest level of customer service and hospitality for our customers both existing and new.
Essential
A proven track record in face-to-face sales and/or telesales including the ability to convert potential players into new members
Can demonstrate knowledge of outreach/lead generating activity in previous work
The ability to understand KPI's and proactive lead generating
Preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of the UK Leisure Market in particular Food Beverage and Entertainment
