Job Description:

The Role: We are looking for someone that is seeking an opportunity to manage a selection of customers in the Financial Services sector and beyond. Senior Account Managers are responsible for managing all aspects of Avoka's relationship with existing customers. They serve as point person for all strategic and business-related matters and are expected to build/maintain/grow relationships with C-level executives both internally and externally and become be the trusted business partner. Your Major Responsibilities:Identify growth opportunities that maximize the value the customer receives from Avoka TransactClose new business relating to renewals, upsells and new projects.Serve as main point of escalation for both the customer and other Avoka team members in matters that relate to service delivery, contract interpretation, proposals, billing, and all account areasMaintain a thorough understanding of, and be prepared to report on, all customer business in terms of current issues, contract specifics, and potential growth opportunitiesHold regular meetings with customers both onsite and remotely to discuss any issues or problems and provide detailed reports to management and internal support teamsSecure client reference-ability and drive client participation in select marketing programs and eventsUpdate SFDC and other systems of record as needed Your Minimum Qualifications:BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience5 - 10+ years of Account Management experience ideally in the technology, financial services industriesProven success in quota-based sales roles, including selling professional servicesCustomer-centric philosophyExperience presenting to C-Suite and technical personnelProven ability to absorb, master and leverage emerging technologiesFintech experience or experience selling services into financial services a plusAbility to travel up to 35% of the time Why Avoka?
