ABOUT US From the initial greeting through to departure, our Security Team are here to help. They control access to the Village, assist with emergencies and help to give our guests an enjoyable experience. We are now looking to recruit a Security Assistant / Driver to join the team on a fixed-term contract. ABOUT THE BENEFITS Annual profit share/management bonus Staff Reward Scheme Free use of leisure facilities Discounted Center Parcs breaks 20% discount in restaurant and retail outlets ABOUT THE ROLE In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our guests with restricted mobility or special requirements, transporting them around the Village, assisting with wheel chairs and providing a prompt and efficient service at all times. Responsibilities will also include making deliveries to various points on the Village and transporting guest luggage. The ideal candidate will have a friendly nature and have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written. You must be confident dealing with guest enquiries and enjoy working with people. A Full UK Driving Licence is essential for this role. Previous experience of working in a customer service environment would be advantageous. On occasion you may be required to act up in the role of Security Officer where SIA (Security Industry Authority) regulations allow. HOURS OF WORK You will be contracted to work 96 hours per 4 week period on a fixed-term basis, commencing October 2016 to April 2017. Your shifts will be allocated between the hours of 9am and 1am on a rota basis, which will include working weekends and public / bank holidays. ABOUT YOU Essential requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Full UK Driving Licence Desirable requirements: Previous experience of working in a customer service environment SIA Accreditation Closing date: 18 October 2016 at 12 Noon.
