You will meet and greet our guests at Action Challenge and you will coach and supervise them in a range of exciting activities, ensuring they have a fun, action packed and memorable experience with us. The ideal candidates will: Have an outgoing and cheerful personality Have the ability to perform well under pressure Have excellent communication skills Be a good team player Be physically capable to meet the demands of the role HOURS OF WORK You will be contracted to work 120 hours per 4 week period on a flexible basis. This means that your hours and days of work could vary each week. You will be required to work 4 or 5 days per week including weekends on a rota basis, shifts will be between 8.30am - 4.30pm with occasional 6.30pm finishes when the business needs demand. ABOUT YOU Essential requirements: Due to the nature of this role, candidates must be a minimum of 18 years of age Desirable requirements: Previous experience of working within the leisure/customer service industry Experience of Outdoor Sports Activities Closing date: 18 October 2016 at 12 Noon.
