Millers Vanguard, one of the biggest and most highly regarded employers in Bury are looking to recruit a bright and enthusiastic Administrator to be based within our Clean & Service Department. The role will entail providing support in organising and maintaining the administration processes involved in the clean and service operation.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of duties to include:

- Representing the company in a professional manner at all times and develop good working relationships with company and customer staff.
- Following company working policies and practices as directed.
- Responding promptly to requests/instructions in a timely manner.
- Complying with company health and safety rules, notifying your line manager of any concerns.
- Carrying out reasonable adhoc duties as requested by the clean and service manager.
- Checking all paperwork and documentation is completed correctly and promptly, in accordance with company procedures.
- Checking and update relevant information on company system including task closures, task schedules, call monitors etc.
- Ensuring all service information is processed correctly, both on company and customer systems.
- Assisting in planning complex schedules for our customer base.
- Communicating on a regular basis with customer and company representatives.
- Assisting on a daily basis in dealing with queries from the clean and service team members.
- Providing accurate and detailed reports using various software packages required in the running of the clean and service operation.

The ideal candidate will possess:

- Ability to use a variety of Office software packages.
- Ability to manage personal workload in an efficient, flexible and timely manner.
- Excellent and professional communication skills.

A full company uniform is provided. Hours are 8am-5pm Monday to Friday.
