Following a long closure The Half Moon is due to open in January after an extensive refurbishment. The Half Moon will have rooms, event space as well as an a la carte dining area.
The Half Moon is looking for a talented and ambitious Head Chef to lead the kitchen team.
The Head Chef will be responsible for all aspects of fresh food delivery and will need to be a strong chef in their own right. You will be responsible for managing quality control, GP and allergen protocols.
This is a great opportunity for an excellent chef who considers the kitchen an integral part of the pub. You will have plenty of support as this will be a marquee site.
