We are looking for someone to join the team on a part-time basis, working two days a week as part of a job share. The objective of this role is to provide high level support to the firm's International HR Director and the wider Partner HR Team.

To ensure success in this role the ideal candidate will need to develop strong relationships across the firm, with partners on the Board and Management Committee, the HR department and other key departments (Corporate Development, the Finance team and the International HR team). The role will be pivotal in ensuring a seamless service is provided on work which overlaps these departments.

Previous EA experience in the professional services sector or a blue chip environment is highly desirable but not essential.
