An exciting opportunity has arisen in our IT department for an IT Trainer.

This role sits within the central IT training team. This team is responsible for the education and awareness of firmwide core systems and tools as well as delivering and developing training and related materials for agreed projects across the firm.

Projects may be varied and include rolling out new or upgraded business systems to specific firmwide practice groups and support staff as well as educating and increasing awareness of existing tools. the two key objectives for this role is E-Learning and Training Delivery.

Ideally, you will have previous experience working in a legal firm with proven experience in the development of e-learning materials. You will need solid knowledge of Adobe Captivate and experience of Office 2010/Windows7/FileSite 8.5 integration.
