Pay Rates from GBP8.25 per hour depending on experience and qualifications

Working to a rotating shift pattern covering 7 days a week including alternate weekends

A flexible approach is needed to cover other shifts when needed

Abbeyfield are looking to recruit an General Assistant to join a happy and quality focused team to work at their impressive Dementia Care Home in Winnersh.

To make our Care Homes a really enjoyable place to live, it`s vital we make sure they`re spotlessly clean. Your main role though will be maintaining the highest standards for both residents` rooms and communal areas and be responsible for the daily use of housekeeping equipment.

Ideally you will flexible to work with the cleaning schedules as determined by the Operations Manager. Able to communicate and interact well with people, work in a team environment and can empathise and understand the needs of older people.
