Duties & Requirements:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our expanding team.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of works, whilst keeping a tight rein on cost control of the project. You will be responsible for liaising with Client Site Management, attending meetings and keeping a full site record of all materials.
Applicants will ideally have experience of working in a Contracts Manager role and hold, as a minimum, a SMSTS certificate & Valid CSCS Card.
