Personal Lines Account Handler
Location - Bradford
Type - Temporary Contract for 1 year
Salary - £16,000 to £23,000 dependant on experience
One of the leading independent Insurance Broking & Risk Management groups is looking to recruit a Personal Lines Account Handler.
You will be responsible for preparing household, motor and travel renewal documents and ensuring policies are renewed in a timely manner. Assisting with general administration duties relating to mid term adjustments and new business quotes across all personal lines accounts.
Candidates Skills & Competencies
- A minimum of two years experience working in a broking environment.
- Knowledge in processing quotations, mid term adjustments and renewals for personal lines products.
- Ability to work in a fast paced driven environment, both autonomously as well as within an established team.
- Sound commercial and financial awareness.
- Clear understanding of regulatory issues within an insurance or financial services organisation.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Drive positive outcomes for the customer.
- Liaising with insurers and using specialist software to source products and competitive prices for customers.
- IT literate in Outlook, Word & Excel
