Our client is the focal point for financial professionals globally. The company offers national and international conferences, thought-leadership articles, webinars, presentations and interviews with the leading financial professionals across the world. The events offered are high-level industry forums and they are looking for a Delegate Sales Executive to expand on the existing established events, as well as launch events.

The Delegate Sales Manager will be tasked with selling delegate packages to warm and existing leads, both in the UK and internationally. You will be required to contact and maximise opportunities during specific campaigns, meet performance targets and maximise revenue for events you are working on. Leads will be from existing clients and database, though you will also build your own database of clients over time.

Candidate Requirements:
- Experience within a sales environment and be customer focused
- You will be looking for experience and growth in the media and events sales
- Experience in delegate sales an advantage, with a track record and reaching targets
- Determination and desire to make required calls to reach the right professionals
- Excellent communication skills, motivation and a deep desire to succeed and professionally develop
- Able to achieve sales targets in a timely manner

Competitive commission structure and benefits available. They offer flexible working as well as excellent onsite training and development, with opportunities for advancement and progression. Salary £18,000 - £20,000 pa. + Uncapped Attractive Bonus Structure (OTE £32,000 first year).
