Position: Customer Service Manager | Pension Risk Transfer
Location: South East
Salary: £40000 - £45000 per annum

Our company client is a well established insurance business with an international presence who are currently looking to recruit driven and tenacious Customer Service Manager for their growing Pension Risk Transfer team based in the South East. The successful candidate will be managing both the operational support team and the pensions administration teams. This role would be suitable for a commercial and technically astute individual with a strategic outlook.
Job summary and key duties:
* Playing an integral leadership role, you will lead the PRT's Customer Service teams to develop a highly successful strategy.
* You will drive the delivery of deferred pensioner administration for PRT DB schemes to customers exercising their retirement options, ensuring that objectives are met.
Background and competencies required:
* You will be a Lean Practitioner with demonstrable experience in managing customer service operational areas from an insurance or banking background.
* You will have an in-depth understanding of DB pension schemes and a proven track record of building relationships, of management, and excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
