The Company:

Main duties:
To be the first point of contact for advice and support with customers and deliver a professional, efficient and timely service.
The Role:
- To deliver Excellent Customer Service and be an ambassador of the brand
- To process enquiries (Telephone & Email ) in a timely fashion
- To manage and ensure proactive customers communication
- To investigate and resolve customer’s complaints as per company guidelines and work towards an exceptional service and satisfactory outcome
- To keep accurate records and data input in accordance with company’s KPI
- To compile reports of customer services activities (Enquiries, complaints etc.)
- To liaise with external customers and suppliers
- To create & maintain information on the company database
- To identify system improvements
- To support other ad-hoc activities/ departments such as reception as and when required
- To keep in line with company’s guidelines & procedures
The Candidate:
- Fluent in French and Italian as well as English is Essential (Written and spoken)
- Excellent and confident communication skills
- Proactive, positive, and reliable
- Computer literacy (Microsoft packages) Sage CRM knowledge desirable
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to deal with multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines
- Flexibility to deal with changing priorities and tasks
- Own transport and driving license preferable
