Due to continuing business success and growth we now have a fantastic opportunity available for a HWRS Site Operative to join our team in Burgess Hill.

HWRS Site Operative responsibilities:
  • Operating all fixed and mobile plant in which you have been trained and certified, in an efficient and safe manor
  • Conducting daily inspections of all fixed and mobile plant and complete documentation as required.
  • Ensuring all MRF records are maintained and filed in accordance with the management procedures.
  • Taking responsibility for your Health and Safety and that of your colleagues; assist in the development of a safety culture at the site.
  • Be available for relief cover with the flexibility of working days and nights as and when requested.
The ideal HWRS Site Operative:
  • Competency certificate for operating fork trucks.
  • Good knowledge of plant and machinery relevant to recycling and recovery sector
  • Ability to perform a range of tasks and duties autonomously once directed by Management
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight timescales.
  • Hard working with good time keeping and attendance record
