Finance Assistant role:
We are looking for a professional, and enthusiastic individual, who is early into / or looking to begin their career in finance.
This role will support the Finance Team in the following key areas:
- Sort, code, match and input invoices in the accounting system
- track and process expense claims
- management petty cash transactions
- reconcile supplier statements to the general ledger
- process of sales and cash up reports
- undertaking clerical tasks such as filing, phone calls, handling mail
- ad hoc requests from the Finance team and the business
- professional and enthusiastic (“can do”) attitude
- computer literate – Excel
- seeks accuracy and attention to detail
- ability to work to deadlines and prioritise work
- good communication skills
